At Cairis Counselling we offer evidence based clinical therapy integrated with Christian counselling. We offer therapy many mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, compulsive habits, unwanted anger, ADHD, Autism and trauma.
We have four therapists that each bring something unique. We’ve all attained graduate degrees in counselling or are pursuing a graduate degree in counselling from a Christian seminary.
Our newest therapist Jacqueline Block is finishing her degree in counselling and started her practicum in the Fall of 2026. Jacqueline brings incredible depth of experienced to the role and we are excited to have her on the team. As a student counsellor sessions with her are more affordable plus the first session with Jacqueline is free!
